ONLINE SALES CONDITIONS
The general online sales conditions concern the products listed on the Site.
The products purchased on www.perlepietre.com are sold directly by Perlepietre S.r.l., VAT IT07212891217. For any information, you can visit the Contacts & FAQ page.
For any other legal information, consult the sections: Returns and Refunds of sales and Privacy Policy. The Customer is required, before sending his/her Purchase Order, to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale. Sending the Purchase Order implies full knowledge and express acceptance of both the aforementioned General Conditions of Sale and of what is indicated in the Order Form. The Customer is required, once the online purchase procedure has been concluded, to print and keep these General Conditions of Sale and the related Order Form, already viewed and accepted.
SUBJECT
These General Conditions of Sale have as their object the sale of products carried out online through the e-commerce site www.perlepietre.com. Given the large number of products placed on the site, the main characteristics and prices of the same (including any additional costs) are indicated directly on the Site. The products sold on the Site can be purchased and delivered exclusively in the countries indicated on the following page Shipping and Payments. Any orders for shipments to be made outside of these countries will be automatically rejected during the Order processing procedure.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ON THE SITE www.perlepietre.com
These General Conditions of Sale (“General Conditions of Sale”) are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments) and by the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 and subsequent amendments) and apply exclusively to the remote sale via the web of the Products shown on the Site www.perlepietre.com, and of the Services as indicated in these General Conditions of Sale as well as in the other sections of the Site. In the event of changes to the General Conditions of Sale, the General Conditions of Sale published on the Site at the time the Order is sent by the Customer (hereinafter “Customer”) will apply.
These General Conditions of Sale govern the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.perlepietre.com and do not govern, however, the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than the Seller that are present on www.perlepietre.com via links, banners or other hypertext links. Before forwarding orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than the Seller, we suggest checking their conditions of sale, because the Seller is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than the Seller.
The products are sold to the Customer identified by the data entered when completing and sending the Order form in electronic format with simultaneous acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
The Customer is prohibited from entering false and/or invented and/or imaginary names in the online Order procedure and in further communications from using the data of a VAT number of which they are not the actual owner or of which they do not have a verifiable mandate. The Seller reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.
Furthermore, by accepting these Conditions of Sale, you exempt the Seller from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by you when placing the Order online, you being the only customer responsible for their correct entry.
Furthermore, by accepting these Conditions of Sale, you exempt the Seller from any liability arising from errors or delays in accessing the Website by the customer when entering their data in the purchase procedure. As well as the slowness or impossibility of receiving the customer’s Order confirmation or any anomaly that may occur due to problems with the Internet, or due to any other unforeseeable event independent of Perlepietre S.r.l..
By accepting these Conditions of Sale, you also exempt the Seller from any liability arising from the lack of operation or problems relating to the email address provided by the customer for sending the Order confirmation.
OFFER TO THE PUBLIC AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT VIA THE E-COMMERCE SITE
The Products and Services with the related Prices as present on the Site constitute an offer to the public in accordance with the methods specified in the General Conditions of Sale and on the Site itself. The Conditions of this offer apply exclusively to purchases made on the Site www.perlepietre.com. The purchase and sale contracts stipulated on the Site and having as their object the Products and Services (hereinafter “Purchase and Sale Contract” or simply “Contract”) are concluded with Perlepietre S.r.l. .
Online purchase and sale contract means the remote contract having as its object the purchase and sale of movable goods (hereinafter Products) stipulated between you, as a Customer, and Perlepietre S.r.l., as a Seller, within the scope of an electronic commerce service organized by the Seller who, for this purpose, uses the remote communication technology called Internet.
To conclude the Contract for one or more Products, you must fill out the Order form in electronic format (hereinafter also Order) and send it to the Seller via the Internet following the relevant instructions.
The Order contains:
- information and images of each Product and its price;
- the means of payment that you can use;
- the methods of delivery of the purchased Products;
Although measures are adopted to ensure that the photographs shown on the Site are faithful reproductions of the original products, some variations are always possible due to the technical characteristics and color resolution characteristics of the device you are using. Consequently, the Seller will not be liable for any inadequacy of the graphic representations of products shown on the Site if due to the aforementioned technical reasons, since such representations have a merely illustrative function.
ORDER PROCESSING AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
By transmitting the Order through our Website, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe, in your dealings with the Seller, these General Conditions of Sale.
Once the Order has been sent, the Seller will take charge of it for its processing and will send you, by email, an Order Confirmation (hereinafter “Order Confirmation”) to the email address provided by the Customer. This Confirmation will summarize the Products and Services chosen, the related Prices (including Delivery costs and additional costs relating to additional Services requested by the Customer), the delivery address, the Order number (hereinafter “Order Number”). The order summary also acts as a Receipt.
The Customer is reminded to carefully and carefully verify the correctness of the data contained in the Order Confirmation and to communicate any corrections within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receiving it. The Order Number, generated by the system, must be used by the Customer in all communications. Occasional unavailability of the Products offered may occur; in this case, if the Products chosen by the Customer are not, in whole or in part, available, the Customer will be notified.
The Seller reserves the right, before sending the Order Confirmation, to request further information from you via email or the telephone number indicated by you, with reference to the Order sent by you via the Internet.
The Seller may not process your purchase orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the Contract has not been concluded and that the Seller has not followed up on your Order, specifying the reasons. In this case, the sum previously committed to the Customer’s payment method will be refunded.
If the products presented on the Website are no longer available or on sale after the Order has been sent, the Seller will promptly inform you and in any case within thirty (30) working days from the day after you have sent your Order to the Seller, of the possible unavailability of the Products ordered. In this case, the amount previously committed to the Customer’s payment method will be refunded.
Each sale made by the Seller through the online sales service may concern one or more products, with no limit on the quantity for each item.
Before concluding the Contract, you will be asked to confirm that you have read the General Conditions of Sale including the Return and Refund Policy and the processing of personal data Privacy Policy.
The Contract is concluded when the Seller, after receiving your Order Form and verifying the correctness of the data, has forwarded confirmation of the shipment of the product to the email address indicated by you through the Website.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the products ordered to the Customer no later than 30 days from the date of conclusion of the Contract, unless the products are unavailable.
The language available to conclude the Contract with the Seller is Italian and English and the applicable law is Italian.
Perlepietre S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse orders from a customer with whom there is an ongoing legal dispute relating to a previous Order. This applies equally to all cases in which Perlepietre S.r.l. deems the customer unsuitable, including, by way of example, the case of previous violations of the conditions of the Contract for online purchases on the Site or for any other legitimate reason, especially if the customer has been involved in fraudulent activities of any kind.
PRICES
All prices of Products and Shipping and Delivery Costs indicated on the Site and in the final Order Report are VAT excluded and expressed in Euros. VAT will be added to the cart page for sales in Italy only. The validity of the prices displayed is always and only that indicated by the Website at the time of transmission of the Order via the Internet. The prices of the Products, the Offers and the Costs of Shipping and Delivery Costs may vary over time. If you send the order some time after your last visit to our Site, make sure that the prices have not changed and therefore check the final sale price before sending the relevant Order.
All Products are shipped directly from Italy. The prices of the Products and Shipping Costs indicated on the Website and in the Order, in the case of sales in non-EU countries or countries where import charges are expected, are to be considered not inclusive of costs for customs duties and taxes and cannot be calculated in advance. In this case, the existence of any additional costs indicated above will be reported during the processing of the Order via direct contact.
These costs are therefore borne by the Customer and must be paid directly upon delivery of the Products, according to the instructions specified by the courier on behalf of the local Customs.
In the event of failure to collect the shipment by the buyer (Italian or foreign), the seller will refund the cost of the product but not the shipping costs, exit and entry costs related to customs duties and related taxes and the shipping costs for returning the product to the Seller.
ORDER
The Purchase Order must be made online through the order procedure on the Site, by clicking on the desired product which will flow into the Cart. In order to proceed with the compilation of the Purchase Order, the Customer must follow the following procedure:
The Customer must register on the website on the Login page. In the Register section, the following fields must be filled in:
- Business name of the business;
- Valid VAT number of the business;
- Country of residence;
- Valid email address;
- A sufficiently complex password.
Once this short procedure has been completed, you will receive an account verification email containing a link to click. Only after this verification will you be able to access and view the prices and proceed with any purchases.
The Customer has successfully completed the Order Procedure if the Site does not highlight any error messages (the system cannot detect errors in reference to the data entered by the Customer in the field dedicated to the addresses for billing and shipping).
In the My Account section you can check the status of your Order which can no longer be changed if it is in the status “in progress”, “ready”, “shipped” and “closed”.
If the Order has not yet been shipped, it is only possible to change the shipping address by contacting customer service via email at ordini@perlepietre.com. It is advisable to anticipate the request to change the shipping address with a telephone contact at +39 3389911202, also via WhatsApp. In the event that the delivery is not successful, the customer must contact us immediately.
PAYMENT METHODS
To pay the price of the Products and the related shipping and delivery costs, you can follow one of the methods indicated in the Order form on the Site www.perlepietre.com and which are summarized below.
Credit, debit and prepaid cards
The customer may make the payment by credit, debit and prepaid cards Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and/or other similar cards through the online payment system Stripe. Perlepietre S.r.l. uses the maximum security measures commercially available in the sector. Furthermore, the payment procedure takes place on a secure server that uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
For online orders on our Site we accept both payments by credit card, debit card and prepaid cards (for example, PostePay) without any additional charge on the cost of the product and shipping. It is understood that the Customer must be the holder of a valid credit card at the time of the Order of the Products purchased online and that the name on the credit card must be the same as that indicated on the billing information. In the absence of these conditions it will not be possible to proceed with the Order.
At the time of online purchase, at the same time as the Order Confirmation, no payment procedure will be started. Only after having verified the availability of the items ordered, a Stripe link will be sent, by email or WhatsApp, to make the payment. From this moment on, the reference banking institution will only make the commitment of the amount relating to the Order from the availability of your credit card. The amount will be immediately debited when the payment is sent via the online platform.
At no time during the purchase procedure is Perlepietre S.r.l. able to know the information relating to your credit card (for example, the credit card number or its expiration date), transmitted via a connection protected by an encrypted protocol directly to the Site of the entity that manages the electronic payment (bank, postal or credit institution). No computer archive of the Seller will store this data.
Payment for the Order must be made at the time of its forwarding to Perlepietre S.r.l. with the possibility that this will be automatically cancelled by the seller in the event that the credit is not made within and no later than 7 (seven) days thereafter.
Cash on delivery (Only in Italy)
You can pay your Order in cash directly to the courier (in this case GLS Courier) who will deliver the products to you. In case of payment on delivery, it is always advisable to prepare the cash in specific banknotes and coins. Perlepietre S.r.l. cannot guarantee that all delivery personnel will have change available for cash payments. Couriers must not ask for tips or amounts in excess of the total of the Order in any way. The total of the cash on delivery is equal to 1% of the total of the Order (VAT excluded), with a fixed minimum of € 2.50 + VAT for Orders up to € 250.00.
Bank transfer
You can pay for your Order quickly and safely using your home banking through the payment platform. The amount will be debited directly from your current account and the shipment will take place after the credit has been credited to your account.
Payment for the Order must be made at the time of its forwarding to Perlepietre S.r.l. with the possibility that this may be automatically cancelled by the seller in the event that the credit is not made within and no later than 7 (seven) days thereafter.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY METHODS
Each shipment contains:
- the ordered products;
- invoice of the purchased order;
- any accompanying documentation required based on the country of shipment;
- any information and marketing material;
- any gadgets.
The delivery of the Products purchased through the Seller’s Website may take place according to the following method.
Home delivery to the Customer
The purchased products will be delivered by the courier identified by the Seller to the shipping address indicated by the Customer on the Order. See the Shipping section for additional information on costs, times and shipping methods and countries served.
Upon receipt of the goods at your home, we ask you to check the integrity of the packages at the time of delivery by the courier. In the event of anomalies, you must have them noted and noted exactly by the courier and reject the delivery after mandatory notification to Perlapietre S.r.l. also by contacting customer service via email at ordini@perlepietre.com or via WhatsApp contact by writing to +39 3389911202.
In Italy we ship with express courier with delivery in 24/72 hours. Abroad we ship with express courier and the times vary depending on the country. When the Order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code of the shipment, i.e. the tracking code with a link that refers to the courier’s website and the status of the shipment. This number, the tracking code, is used to monitor the progress of the shipment and the expected delivery date. Orders with items immediately available, with payment made by card, placed before 1:00 pm are shipped within two working days.
Delivery to Other Address or Holding for Collection
If desired, the Order can also be delivered to another address. In the final phase of completing the order, you can in fact enter an alternative address. This can also be a Holding for Collection at the GLS Courier. In which case, based on the company address indicated by the Customer on the Order, the program will calculate the nearest available GLS Depot Stop. Alternatively, the Customer can indicate a GLS depot stop of his choice. See the Shipping section for additional information on costs, times and methods of shipping and countries served.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the Customer is a “Consumer”, as defined by the Consumer Code, he/she is entitled to the rights set forth in art. 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code Legislative Decree 206/05, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/02/2014 n.21, and therefore the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty, by communicating it to the Seller within fourteen (14) days, starting from the day on which the Customer or a third party, designated by the Customer and other than the Carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
We remind you that, as provided for by current legislation, the right of Withdrawal is excluded and therefore cannot be exercised in the event that the products you have purchased have been personalized, even with simple engravings, or have been made to measure or specifically for you, at your explicit request when placing the Order. The “Exchange of Goods” is also not provided for. It is advisable to make the return first and then, subsequently, a new purchase.
The Withdrawal may concern all (Total Withdrawal) or only part (Partial Withdrawal) of the Perlepietre S.r.l. Products purchased by the Consumer.
The customer who intends to exercise the right of Withdrawal must communicate it to Perlepietre S.r.l. by means of an explicit declaration by email to ordini@perlepietre.com , by WhatsApp contact by writing to +39 3389911202 or by accessing the Site on the Contacts page using the instructions contained therein or by filling out the contact form.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- The returned Products must be returned in their entirety and not parts or components of them, even in the case of kits;
- The returned Products must not have been used, worn, washed, manipulated (in the case of semi-finished products) or damaged and must bear the identification seal affixed thereto;
- The returned products must be returned in their original packaging (meaning, with this, the packaging of the single product);
- Returned Products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment;
- In the event that the returned product(s) have contributed to reaching a minimum order to obtain a free gift, the return of the product is understood to include and be mandatory the return of the aforementioned free gift.
- As indicated above, products that have been customized or made specifically on the Consumer’s instructions cannot be returned.
The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, in a well-sealed and protected box or envelope and complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment) via traceable shipping (under penalty of non-responsibility for any non-receipt of the return) and complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Perlepietre S.r.l. will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum of 30 days.
As required by current legislation, to which we refer, Perlepietre S.r.l may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or, at its sole discretion, until the customer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods to Perlepietre S.r.l..
According to Article 59 of the Consumer Code (containing “Exceptions to the right of withdrawal”) for distance and off-premises contracts, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of “supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized”.
Refund Method
If you exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the previous conditions, the Seller is required to refund the sums paid by the customer within and no later than 30 days of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal but on condition that in the same period the product has been returned and verified by the operators of Perlepietre S.r.l..
The Seller will use the same means of payment used for the initial transaction for the refund, unless you explicitly request the Seller to use a different means and the latter agrees to it. The refund times on the card depend directly on the issuing institution, which generally take about 2/5 working days for the credit. If the payment was made by cash on delivery, the refund must necessarily be made by issuing a bank transfer. In this case the Buyer is required to communicate his/her bank details in order to carry out the transaction.
In the event of a simple Withdrawal, the only costs you will be responsible for will be the initial shipping costs (if any) and any cash on delivery costs (if this payment method has been chosen) for the Order of the purchased products. If you have chosen a different and more expensive type of delivery than the standard one offered, the additional costs will not be refunded.
The only case in which the customer will be entitled to a refund of the price of shipping costs and return costs is for the return of defective products or products delivered that do not correspond to the Order placed by the customer or in the event of damage to the same due to transport or errors in shipping by the Seller itself. In the event of a return of the products listed above, Perlepietre S.r.l. will cover the transport costs for returning the products. The return can be requested within 14 days of receiving the items. If possible, reseal the item or items to be returned in the same box used for our shipping; if this is not possible, we recommend that the return be well packaged and protected for safety reasons. The courier will already arrive with the pre-printed label with our shipping details and the customer’s reference.
DEFECT OF CONFORMITY
The seller (and, therefore, with regard to purchases made on the Site www.perlepietre.com) is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product and which manifests itself or is found within 3 days of the delivery date and must be reported to the seller, under penalty of forfeiture of liability.
Unless proven otherwise, it is presumed that the lack of conformity that manifests itself after the deadline of 3 days from delivery of the product already existed on that date, unless this hypothesis is incompatible with the nature of the product or with the nature of the lack of conformity. Starting from the fourth day following delivery of the product, it will instead be the consumer’s burden to prove that the lack of conformity already existed at the time of delivery of the same.
In order to take advantage of this right, you must therefore first provide proof of the date of purchase and delivery of the goods. It is therefore advisable for you, for the purposes of such proof, to keep the purchase invoice or any other document that can certify the date of purchase (for example the credit card statement) and the date of delivery.
There is a lack of conformity when the purchased good:
- is not suitable for the use for which goods of the same type are normally used;
- is not in conformity with the description given by the seller and does not possess the qualities of the good that the seller has presented to the consumer as a sample or model;
- does not have the usual qualities and performances of a good of the same type, which the consumer can reasonably expect, also taking into account the declarations made in advertising or on the labelling;
- is not suitable for the particular use desired by the consumer and which was brought to the attention of the seller by the consumer at the time of conclusion of the Contract and which the seller has accepted.
Therefore, any faults or malfunctions or defects of any other kind caused by accidental events or by your responsibility or by use of the product that is not in accordance with its intended use and/or as provided in the technical documentation attached to the product, where applicable, or in the instructions for use relating to the same, are excluded from the scope of the Legal Guarantee. As regards watches, accessories such as straps, cases and glass are generally not covered by the guarantee.
We also remind you that although Perlepietre S.r.l. constantly adopts measures to ensure that the photographs of the products shown on the Site are faithful reproductions of the original products, including the adoption of every possible technological solution to reduce inaccuracies to a minimum, some variations are always possible due to the technical characteristics and colour resolution characteristics of the device you are using. Consequently, the Seller will not be liable for any inadequacy of the graphic representations of products shown on the Site if due to the aforementioned technical reasons, since such representations have a merely illustrative function.
In the event of a lack of conformity duly reported within the terms, you will be entitled:
- Primaryly, to the free repair or replacement of the goods, at your choice, unless the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively onerous compared to the other and, therefore, in the specific case, considering the type of sale, to the replacement, where this is possible in relation to the number of units still available for sale;
- Secondary (i.e. in the case in which the repair or replacement is impossible or excessively onerous or the repair or replacement has not been carried out within appropriate terms or the repair or replacement previously carried out has caused significant inconvenience to the consumer) to the reduction of the price or termination of the Contract, at your choice.
A remedy that is excessively onerous is one that imposes unreasonable costs on the seller compared to the alternative remedies that can be pursued, taking into account (i) the value that the goods would have if there were no lack of conformity; (ii) the extent of the lack of conformity; (iii) the possibility that the alternative remedy can be implemented without significant inconvenience to the consumer.
In the event of termination of the Contract, Perlepietre S.r.l. will refund you the Total Amount paid for the Product(s) bearing the defect of conformity highlighted. In the event of a price reduction, Perlepietre S.r.l. will refund you the amount of the reduction previously agreed.
The amount of the refund or reduction will be communicated to you via email and credited to the chosen payment method or solution.
In particular, in the event of non-conformity, the Customer who has entered into the Contract as a Consumer will have the right to obtain the restoration of the conformity of the products without charge, through repair or replacement, or to obtain an appropriate price reduction or the termination of the Contract relating to the disputed goods and the consequent refund of the price
The goods must be returned, in the original packaging, in a well-sealed and protected box or envelope and complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment) complete with the attached tax documentation. The courier will already have the label with our delivery address and the reference of the customer who placed the Order, it is therefore not necessary to write anything on the package. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Perlepietre S.r.l. will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum of 30 days.
As required by current legislation, to which we refer, Perlepietre S.r.l may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or, at its sole discretion, until the customer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods to Perlepietre S.r.l..
According to Article 59 of the Consumer Code (containing “Exceptions to the right of withdrawal”) for distance and off-premises contracts, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of “supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized”.
Refund Methods in the Event of a Lack of Conformity
If the right of return is exercised by you in accordance with the previous conditions, the Seller is required to refund the sums paid by the customer no later than 30 days from your decision to exercise the right of Withdrawal but on condition that in the same period the product has been returned and verified by the operators of Perlepietre S.r.l..
The Seller will use the same means of payment used for the initial transaction for the refund, unless you explicitly ask the Seller to use a different means and the latter agrees to it. The refund times on the card depend directly on the issuing institution, which generally take about 2/5 working days for the credit.
In the event of Withdrawal due to a Lack of Conformity, the only costs to be borne by you will be those relating to the choice of a different and more expensive type of delivery than the standard one offered, the additional costs will not be refunded.
COMMUNICATIONS TO THE CUSTOMER
The Customer acknowledges, accepts and gives his consent to the fact that all communications, notifications, attestations, information, reports and in any case any documentation on the operations carried out, referring to the purchase of the Products, will be sent to the email address or via telephone number indicated at the time of registration (also with the use of instant messaging programs for faster communication), with the possibility of downloading the information on a durable medium in the ways and within the limits established by the Site.
PRIVACY POLICY & COOKIES
Customer data are processed by Perlepietre S.r.l. in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR). For more information visit the dedicated page.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Site, whether or not subject to the registration of an intellectual property right (photos, product sheets, descriptions, layouts) are the exclusive property of Perlepietre S.r.l. and cannot be used. All drawings, models, brands, texts, visual or sound, comments, works, illustrations, images, reproduced on the Site www.perlepietre.com are protected by copyright, trademark rights and image rights and by any other applicable intellectual property right. They are the sole property of Perlepietre S.r.l. or its partners.
Any type of reproduction or representation, subject to counterfeiting, may determine the onset of civil and criminal liability of its author.
Links that refer to the Site www.perlepietre.com and that use the techniques of “framing” or “in-line linking” are formally prohibited.
In any case, any link or other content cited above, even if tacitly authorized, must be withdrawn immediately and upon simple request of the company Perlepietre S.r.l., under penalty of legal consequences.
MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
In the event of any modification to these General Conditions of Sale, Perlepietre S.r.l. will promptly publish the modified ones on the Site.
The modified General Conditions of Sale will become an integral part of the new Contracts, starting from the first Order placed by the Customers, following their publication on the Site. In the case of Orders already placed before such communication, the previous version of the General Conditions of Sale will apply.
